I think that it is terrible that a Veteran of the US Navy has to be put through so much just so you can clear that I do not owe you taxes. It is terrible that you will not take W2s and a DD214 because you say that it does not state that I was active duty? For one yes my DD214 not only states that I was active duty but also my W2 has the state that I claimed which was West Virginia and that I was stationed on the a ship even gives the ships mailing address. I mean if that doesn't tell you active duty please tell me what odes! I do want to thank Norfolk, VA Commissioner of Revenue for working with my husband and I and seeing that these state that we were active duty and not trying to cut us off and say sorry can't help. Norfolk was so helpful they made it so that we were helped to the fullest extent and took our W2's! Thank you Norfolk Commissioner's office for helping out my husband and I since Virginia Beach was so rude to offer no additional help.
