The WIC program is a wonderful tool for Women, infants and children because it promotes healthy eating habits. Now, the offices need to better their customer service. I had bad experiences dealing with the front desk staff. The one person that is always sitting and receiving clients has attitude issues. She talks t o you in a nasty attitude and always blames the nutricionist. I work with a diverse commnuity with different issues and i don;t treat them like she does. She gave me a negative attitude and made me wait for an hour to pick up checks. She is not respectfull or appraochable. The nutriciaonist is very respectful and professional. No complains about her. I reommend going there but be careful with the front desk staff .
