Commitment to Caring is a non-profit organization whose goal is to partner with public, private, for-profit and non-profit organizations provide permanent housing to low income, no income, mentally disabled, elderly and those who can not live alone. Commitment to Caring also provides education for families and the public regarding the need for housing in East and Southeast Texas, and also, the community services available and how to access them.

They are very helpful in the most critical time of need. Unless you have been in a position of helplessness, you could not understand the lengths the staff go to just to help. The staff are extremely knowledgable about the mental health system and are patient when taking the time to help us through it.
