I am a trial attorney who practices in all Mississippi State courts, and I also provide legal services to prevent my clients from having to go to court. I have been licensed since 1979, and I have been in business in Vicksburg my entire career. I practice in Chancery Courts in the all areas of equity and divorce, child custody, child support, estates, guardianships, conservatorships, real property disputes, injunctions, habeas corpus, etc. I practice in Circuit and County Courts in all areas of law, both civil and criminal, including misdemeanors, traffic violations, felonies, contract disputes, personal injury claims, torts, motor vehicle wrecks, etc. I also prepare Last Wills and Testaments, Power of Attorneys, Advanced Healthcare Directives, Bills of Sale, Deeds, Residential and Business Leases.
