      Hayhurst Land Surveying is a Florida-based surveying firm centrally located on the beautiful Treasure Coast. We are your single source for mortgage surveys, boundary and site plans for building construction, elevation certificates, and ALTA and D.E.P. surveys within Indian River, St. Lucie and southern Brevard counties. We have completed over 25,000 surveys in our local area and in 1993 acquired the files of Lloyd & Associates with a file of survey records dating back to 1947. We are an indispensable resource for your real estate projects. Our team is comprised of a Licensed Professional Surveyor, draftsmen with over 15 years of combined experience and field crews using the most up to date technical location devices available. We work together daily to ensure the accuracy and expediency of each job. Our goal is to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service possible. We are always available to answer customer questions. We are not a network firm doing business statewide. Rather, we focus on Indian River, St. Lucie and southern Brevard counties to better understand the nuances not only of the plats and maps, but also the local government requirements. We work with local title companies, local banks, and local builders to help local residents. We pride ourselves on the relationships we have built with our wide customer base.
