Methods and Approaches: Depending on the individual needs of the client, I enjoy utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches including: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational and Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), somatic techniques to increase body awareness, and Art or Expressive Therapy techniques. I also like giving applied homework to better practice skills processed in sessions. I enjoy going to concerts, bowling, watching baseball and football, reading, playing volleyball, and boxing classes
