Dr. Adam Lautt earned his credentials for both general dentistry and orthodontics / dentofacial orthopedics at Loma Linda University located in Loma Linda, CA. He has several years of experience as an orthodontic specialist and stays current with the latest orthodontic procedures and technology. Dr. Lautt believes that receiving orthodontic treatment should be a pleasant experience and is constantly looking for ways to make every appointment enjoyable.         During your initial visit, Dr. Lautt will recommend and explain a personalized orthodontic treatment that addresses your specific needs. Once treatment has started, proper oral hygiene is a must and will be evaluated at every appointment. It is critical that the teeth are brushed thoroughly after every meal or snack and flossing is recommended at least one time each day. * Gloves, goggles, and masks are worn by the doctor and assistants. * Hands are washed and new gloves are worn with each new patient. * All hand pieces are cleaned, bagged and sterilized between patients.* Sterilization is conducted in accordance with guidelines set by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention Center.* Autoclaves or dry heat sterilizers are used to sterilize instruments according to manufacturers recommendations.* Coastal Orthodontic Care tests all sterilization equipment weekly(verified by lab analysis).Services:Coastal Orthodontic Care offers the latest, state-of-the-art techniques and procedures available today.
