Thank you for this opportunity to introduce myself and Aire Comfort Inc., a residential HVAC company. Since starting in the trade in 2001 and then becoming a contractor in 2006 I have made "quality" the backbone of my work. I pride myself on the systems I offer and have installed. My willingness to go the extra mile for my customers has distinguished my work and helped to establish the company as a Better Business Bureau A+ rated and accredited business. As an independent HVAC contractor, my main focus is system installations for existing, and construction of, single family homes, second dwellings, duplexes, remodels and, additions. Systems vary from standard efficiency to high efficiency, two stage, variable speed and zoning as well as all aspects of air purification, filtration and air balancing. Repair work is also an important part of the business and is available for all makes and models as well as wall and floor furnaces. Additionally, I specialize in under-house systems for older homes, converting from wall/floor furnaces to central heating/ac or upgrading to electronic ignition from old standing pilot light systems. I have a developed recognition for putting consistent quality into every job, adhering to all applicable building codes and for using the best materials available in the industry. I have earned the respect of customers, contractors and building inspectors over years of referral business gained by an uncompromising commitment to providing high quality workmanship and value oriented service. I am also committed to working hard for a fair price. This begins with offering competitive pricing and then striving to exceed expectations in design, comfort and functionality of each new HVAC system. I believe in doing the job right the first time and will work as hard as possible in order to make that happen. I believe communication is key in fulfilling customer expectations and the ability to coordinate with owners and all contractors involved on any project. Scheduling and completion are essential aspects to trade work and I am on my jobs daily until finished insuring both communication and completion of work are accomplished in a coordinated manner.
