Way over priced, definetly shop around. Wound care for my mastiff over $640 I was told bandages included then they re naged on the price. They act like they are Christians , buyer beware, more for the $$$ than the animal

I had our annual visit to the clinic today and I was very disappointed with the service. They spelled by pet's name wrong, spelled my name wrong, and wrote down the wrong microchip number. I tried to register my one pet and was told the microchip number was wrong. I called the office and was told she skipped one number. That is not a very good run office staff.

Bright Cross Animal Clinic is by far the best vet I have ever gone and being a frequent mover, I have been to a lot. They are very well staffed, professional and all the employees are extremely friendly, passionate, and knowledgeable. Their rates are very reasonable and everyone there shows a true concern for your pet. I had an emergency issue with my dog and being new in town didn't have a prior vet established. When i called to make an appt they were able to see my dog immediately, even though he had never been seen there before. When I arrived Dr. Myburgh was in within minutes to see my dog. My dog ended up having a very serious issue that required surgery, and an overnight stay. Dr. Myburgh called me throughout the day to keep me informed of what was going on and answer any questions. They showed me pictures of diagnostic testing results and kept me very informed of the condition of my dog and the procedure that was performed. The staff there even sent me pics of my dog during his hospitalization stay, showing that he doing well post operation. When I would email them with questions they would get back to me within minutes. The whole time my dog was in their care I knew that he was in good hands, which was a very comforting feeling. My dog had a 40% chance of survival with his serious condition, and I feel quite confident that if I would have taken him anywhere else he wouldn't be alive today. Good thing I didn't though because 2 weeks later my dog is completely recovered and happy and healthy again! I can not thank the staff and Dr. Myburgh and his wife for their excellent care and service!!

The entire staff at Bright Cross is wonderful. They care about your pets and you don't feel like they are just trying to "sell" you stuff. We have used them for many years for both our cats & dogs.
