I am new to Vancouver, WA and when I was searching for a med spa in the area to continue my treatments for hair removal and spider veins on my legs. After searching the web for a convenient location and going to several consultations in the area I decided on Vancouver Laser Skin Care Clinic. Their consultation was free and I met with not only the doctor on staff, but the owner and the medical aestheticians. They were friendly and answered every question I had about continuing my treatment and effectiveness I should expect. I was pleased to learn they offer a wide variety of services that I am also interested in and specials that fit my budget.

On advice of a friend who had recieved skin tightening treatment, I recieved a no cost consult from their medical director (an MD). Consult was through, detailed and they answered all my questions. No pressure. I decided to purchase several treatments over 3 months. Worked closely with Lori and Dr. Gaskell and was very impressed with their care and professionalism. Strongly recommend!!

Dear Guest 57314,Have you thought of reporting your dissatisfaction to the Better Business Bureau? I previously filed a complaint myself. I believe the results on the BBB review are misleading and have told them so because they state that the clinic made me a reasonable offer of compensation because they offered me a laser treatment for the one they promised but did not deliver as paid for The BBB thought that was reasonable, but they have no knowledge of lasers. The actual manufacturer of the laser told me that an additional laser treatment at the time offered by the clinic was useless due to the time lapse, and the clinic should have known that since they hold themselves out to be experts in the field. I suspect they knew additional treatment would be useless all along but chose to have me drive 6 hours for it in the midst of a health crisis I made the clinic aware of rather than admit their mistake (or deception) and give me a reasonable refund instead of unreasonable offer

Not recommended, their estheticians are not medical eshteticians as advertised. My skin is so messed up and now, I have to live with the damaged that they've created. They take no responsiblity for their action and are not willing to work with you when a problem arise.
