I unfortunately live in a condo managed by these guys. tried to report a loose wire in a light that could be a fire hazard and they told me I have to send an email for board approval to repair. I was in the middle of a patch so couldn't email and if it waited to more than 30 minutes there was no way it was going to get addressed that day... they said they can't take a note I have to send an email... I used to sit on the board I know that's not how it works so I hung up out of anger... shortly called back and said just to be clear you're telling me a fire hazard has to have board approval to be fixed and I have to wait till I can get access to email and they have a chance to read it... keep in mind the next day is a holiday... reported another owner for having their property in the middle of the yard since june and it's still there... poorly ran company worst property management I've ever dealt with.
