Really? Do not go to this salon if you expect the stylist to listen to you and to do what you'd like her to do. I went in for a trim, as I'm growing out my hair in length and trying to lose a lot of layers. After MONTHS, I was so happy to be able to get my hair in a ponytail. So, all I wanted was a trim to keep the ends clean. Couldn't be more simple, right? I left with MORE layers, including two big chunks out of each side that are not going to get anywhere close to the ponytail they were in the day before. I went back to see what she could do: her advice: "It needs to grow." Do ya think????
