I have lived out here for 15 years. THERE ARE PEOPLE THAT LIVE OUT HERE THAT GO ON SOMEONE ELSE PROPERTY AND CUT DOWN TREES. I KNOW THEY DO NOT HAVE PERMISSIONS FROM THE LAND OWNER. THEY HAVE LARGE BOND FIRES THAT TOP THE TREES. I am buying my place. I do not want it burnt down. IF A PERSON RENTS THEIR PROPERTY OUT THEY NEED TO MAKE THE RENTERS KNOW THAT THEY ARE OUT OF LINE. TO MY UNDERSTANDING SOME OF THE PEOPLE ON THE ASSOCIATION ARE THE OWNERS OF SOME OF THESE RENTAL PROPERTIES. AND IT LOOKS LIKE ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MAKING A BUCK AND NOT CARING ABOUT WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE THEY RENT TO. WE ARE PUTTING UP WITH DIRT BIKES AND MOTOR BIKES, AND FOUR WHEELERS RUNNING THE ROAD ALL HOURS OF THE DAY AND NIGHT. LOUD MUSIC. THE ROADS ARE NOT MAINTAINED. THEY ARE SOME THAT LIKE TO MUDDING ON OUR ROADS. DRIVING FAST. WE NEED SOME SIGNS PUT UP. SOME SPEED BUMPS. YOU PEOPLE NEED TO GET OFF YOUR BUTTS AND DO SOMETHING. IF YOU WANT GOOD PEOPLE OUT HERE. STOP TALKING AND DO SOMETHING.
Please report all fake land owners and squatters to the front office Thursdays and Saturday . This will help control the pest like squatters .They are the real problem!! once they are gone responsible people will move here so then the POA or PVA will have more funds to fix the roads ! Thanks Barry

The PVA does not help out the homeowners living in Pioneer Valley. They do not abide by the outdated by-laws, a majority of the PVA Board members do not reside in the subdivision, and have not maintained the infrastructure for many years. They have allowed property values to devalueate. If you buy property, you must take a severe loss and most just abandon the property just to get out. They list it as a private property and a 501C corporation which does not allow federal, state, county help to upkeep and secure the area. They have been slum lords since the late 1980's. They threaten property owners for not paying dues, but they have filled in 2 swimming pools, water lines are exposed, septics run into the creeks and ditches, closed down the Club House and do not have money to repair roads. Yet they will not dissolve and allow the homeowners any assistance from other government agencies.
