I woke up early this morning to a cold house - apparently my furnace stopped working and the thermostat was blank. I called up Pipe Doctor and the person who answered the phone was very helpful in trying to get it working, but I needed an emergency heating service call - Mike showed up 40 minutes later. Fixed it right away and now I have a service agreement with them!

A couple nights ago I got home late from work and the furnace was dead. Frantically started calling HVAC and Plumbers - only after calling a dozen others did I get Marc from Pipe Doctor on the phone. He tried to help but quickly dispatched a tech to my house. I own multiple properties and I am so happy I found Pipe Doctor.

Woke up this morning to a very cold house. My plumber tried fixing the boiler last night and it died again late last night. Angry at my plumber I called Pipe Doctor to fix what he messed up. They are expensive but Mike showed up at my house at 8:30am this morning and had the parts on his truck. Heat was back up by 9:30am. Bought a service agreement too!

The Pipe Doctor, Plumbing to my house as the last of 3 estimates, they actually advised me in a different (less expensive) direction than the prior estimates. I was told that I had to replace my entire sewer and water main line which was going to cost well over 10k. The entire job was completed within in 1 day of singing the contract and could not have went better!

My husband and I were shocked to return home from vacation to a spouting faucet which had apparently been hit by a service delivery van and either not seen or ignored. The water proceeded to flow down the street until a neighbor noticed and had the forethought to shut if off at the main valve. My husband is no "Mr Fix It" and thankfully he doesn't pretend to be. His first move was to pull out his Iphone to call his father (who is in construction) to get a recommendation for a good plumber in our area. Dad said to call the Pipe-Doctor. We want everyone to know that this business is run by professionals, their office staff was friendly ( thanks Jennifer!) and quick to return calls. The technicians were polite and experienced. Overall, we rate them a 10!

One time when an issue occurred, everyone, and I do mean everyone went out of their way to make the situation right. That is the true definition of quality and reliable professional service.

My parents called Pipe Doctor, along with a dozen other plumbers after our home got destroyed by Sandy. They were the only company who showed up. Another company called 2 weeks later. They were compassionate with patient and offered several options in rebuilding our heating system. We will use them again for any need in the future.

6/2/2013 UPDATE - they prove to be exceptional yet again. Needed our central AC replaced. Not only did they come on a Sunday morning for the estimate, they installed it 2 days later!

My family and I were on vacation last month visiting my wife's family in Australia when my thermostat sent me a text that the temperature inside my house was 50 degrees (I have the Nest from Google). Since it was in the high 20's at home I frantically started using Skype to call local plumbers in North Woodmere. At home it was 11:30pm on New Years Eve and I didn't want my pipes to freeze and burst! After calling a dozen 24 hour plumbers - none by the way answered the phone - I finally called Pipe Doctor (my neighbor used them) and sure enough Mike answered the phone and assured me they would be there as soon as possible. At 2am one of their plumbers arrived and quickly got to work. The house was now 45 degrees but in about an hour and a half they fixed the boiler and the house started to get warm again. Yes, the repair was expensive. Well over $1,000 but they also fixed other parts on the system that I've been meaning to fix for a couple years. Literally they did a great job. They offered me a service plan for $35 month that covers the boiler which I signed up for. I told them I'd be back home in February and to call me for the annual tuneup - last week they did and the came at no charge to do the tuneup. The gas company has plans too but their tuneups are only done in the summer with 2 months notice requires. Stay with a local plumber for better service. Pipe Doctor delivered and I will call them anytime in the future. Thanks Uzi for referring them to me! (Love my neighbor- his name is really Uzi. Great Israeli guy and awesome neighbor!)

My wife and I got back home early this morning from a 2 week vacation and found our house freezing cold. It was colder inside than outside. I called Pipe Doctor Plumbing, Heating & AC, pressed 9 for emergency service and Mike answered the phone. This was at 5:30am this morning. By 7am my house was warm again. Simply priceless service. I started to think that the hundreds of reviews they have are fake, but gave them an chance anyway. They are all 100% true! Guess what? My heat went out on Christmas afternoon. I literally called 20 plumbers - no one answered until I checked out yellowpages.com and found Pipe Doctor. I don't recall who answered the phone but he really tried to help me over the phone for like 20 minutes before we decided to have someone come out. The plumber, Mike, arrived in 45 minutes. Seriously in 5 minutes the system was running. He checked everything out and found the problem. Even though it was Christmas the bill was not expensive. I even bought a service agreement! Highly recommended to anyone who needs help to call Pipe Doctor.
