I live in Valley Falls, Kansas as to learning that if the police is called twice to your location , that a neighbor that has a problem with you as it makes no difference . That the police can take your pet and KILL it and charge it to the owner . It even gets worse as I live at Sunset Haven Apartments and the rules here is the same but your not allowed to go to a Doctor or even to the store and if your dog so happens to bark then your evicted for it even if it's one person complaining as I got records to prove what I'm saying.
