      Pioneer Place is a full-service assisted living facility that offers various nursing care. It offers long-term care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation services to the communities in the state of Oregon. The center provides short-term rehabilitation, wound management, subacute care, and palliative and hospice services. In addition, Pioneer Place offers 24-hour supervision, routine housekeeping and medication management, as well as private mailboxes and an electronically monitored security system and family kitchen. It provides residential and assisted living, personal and skilled care and rehabilitation services, as well as home care, skilled nursing, home health and home support services.
