Please be advised to never sign up for a Sears Home Warranty contract. I have spent over 2 hours trying to reach someone about the Sears repair service I had done yesterday afternoon. Not only did the svc. tech. fail to fix the problem, but it was made worse. I have been given the run around by the customer svc. dept. ph. numbers I have been told to call. Still no satisfaction. I will never use Sears repair service again. I may have to take legal action. One customer rep. suggested I press star key to get quicker results. Another said no, I should press the # key instead instead of answering all the prompts. I was told I needed to call a different number. After dialing that number I was told, no I needed to call the other number I had just called.

The worse service of any company I have ever dealt with. Please check their web page before you bay anything from them to see all the complaints. I had the so called Master service plan, after a month of no one showing up to fix my washer I gave up and bought a new one elsewhere. Sat a whole weekend waiting the first go round and teck never called to say he wasn't coming, then was told my appointment was put off two more weeks. NO SERVICE is not a way to do business.
