Using flowing Swedish Massage techniques, she will help to ease tension in the body and help calm the mind. Diana also offers CranioSacral Therapy for both mom and baby to be, which is very powerful. She is trained in CranioSacral Therapy for Obstetrics and will help mom in a beautiful way by helping her connect with her baby in utero to find out how he or she would like to enter this world.

- Sports MassageSports massage uses various massage techniques designed to help your body feel freer and stronger. It is particularly great for those with active lifestyles, and sports massage is great for pre and post-athletic competitions.
- Hot Stone MassageSmooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils. The therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, massage stones induce deep relaxation and provide a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
- Thai MassageDiana was certified to teach yoga in 1998 by Darren Friesen, owner of Moksha Yoga in Chicago, Illinois. She learned Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Bikram in her training and uses a blending of the many styles she has learned since then in her vinyasa style flow classes. Diana uses an intuitive approach to her teaching style by connecting with the energy of her class in the beautiful opening meditation. The class then flows inspirationally along the lines of the opening meditation. Each class finishes with a wonderful relaxation in Shavasana accompanied by a brief Thai massage. Classes or 60 or 90 minutes.

Thai massage is performed on a mat on the floor with clothes on. Diana may use her hands, legs, knees, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like postures and stretches. Thai massage is excellent for relaxation, stress reduction, increasing range of motion, and overall centering of the mind and body. Please wear comfortable loose-fitting clothes.
