So overrated. Sometimes the owner and operator of the business is not necessarily the best and the most interested in the customer. An appointment was so difficult to get, not because of the overwhelming popularity and lack of availability due to client appt.'s bur rather b/c this counselor/ social worker has select and seldom hours and regardless of the patient need... This didn't change or matter. There was even a month 1/2 that the counselor wasn't there as she was away.... Felt like constant winging it social sessions without any strategies or advice offered to follow or attempt to try. It was very obvious that the issue we were dealing with wasn't taken too seriously and that the true invested sincerity wasn't there. One office lady that unfortunately you must go through to attempt to make an appt. was always miserable without any prompting ( just because) and this made things even worse. She was aggressive and seemed to present like a former client or ongoing one who has a lot if anger to resolve and therapy just didn't do the trick. I can go on but don't want to give too much as I got nothing for my $.

Staff is great and very helpful and listen when people in general need it. Comfortable office and private room setup. Easy going scheduling. Will work with hous best for their clients during hours of business.

Great office. Staff was friendly. Appointments can be irregular due to heavy scheduling but have found booking in advance to be helpful. My counselor makes me feel at ease and I am beginning to see the results of our work. I would recommend this practice highly!
