Not very happy over priced and over sold !!!!!!! I bought a Hot Springs Hot tub about a year ago and am not happy at all. First off when I received the tub the delivery people tore up my deck and worse broke the panel on my tub they said it was no biggie it would be fixed with in a week a year later same broke panel . Promised a 30 dollar a month electric grantee only to find out it is an average over the year winter months cost about $ 80.00 and summer about 10$ to 15$ there is the thirty dollar average what a joke. Tub is way underpowered and when I asked the sales people about the other brands with bigger pumps and more jets all they did was down the other company instead of answer my questions I should of known right there this was not a good company. Bottom line they give poor service and lie about there product and others tried to get them to help me but once they received my check they stopped caring. There is a lot of good spa companies out there look around before you buy.
