I got a Digital Camera for my birthday from them. The salesman was helpful and very knowledgable. I don't live near Des Moines, I will go back to them for all my camera needs in the future.
My husband & I bought our digital camera from Christian photo because we loved that they carried top quality equipment, it was close to our home, & it was everything to do with photography, so it was no surprise this is the first & only place we thought of going for a digital camera. When we sent it in for repairs though they lost our camera! We would have been fine with this - mistakes happen - but its how you rise from the fall & "Christian" Photo didn't even attempt to rise. "Christian" Photo didn't care about losing our camera. I can't even remember them apologizing. After some lengthy conversations, in which they gave us major attitude even when my husband stayed polite, (I had advised him to not be so polite, he wouldn't do it), they decided to offer us the dealers used camera & then gave us a speech of how grateful we should be, how nice this was of the dealer. They made us feel so guilty for taking the dealers camera (same one we had, just used). We will never go back!
