We have been looking for a RV for a year now. We have shopped many places and wish we had started with The RV Spa to begin with. We met Tamara when we arrived and informed her we are not there to buy today and just want to look around. She said great, what are you looking for and maybe I can get you going in the right direction. She showed us to the units we wanted to see, opened them up and asked if we would like anything to drink while we wondered. She came back every 10 min to see if we had questions or if we needed her help. She was so patient and professional and not pushy at all. It made our experience the best yet. We are another few months out on our purchase but we will defiantly be giving our business to Tamara and The RV Spa. Thank you for be different then all the other dealers we have dealt with. We now know why you are rated #1.

Our salesperson Jamie was very patient while my wife and I tried to agree on what we wanted. She showed us a bunch of possibilities, with no pressure to buy, until we found the perfect one (which took a couple of return visits). She (Jamie) made sure we knew exactly what we were getting and what additional equipment we would need -- no surprises. Once we purchased, there were a couple glitches, as you would expect on a large purchase like this. But all the staff bent over backwards to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. Great experience. Can't wait to break this puppy in!!

GREAT sales staff. No pressure at all. The RV's at this place are in far superior condition to any others we saw at multiple dealerships, and yes even the big "top dogs". I have been RVing my whole life and know rigs well. The detail this place goes through before they put them on the lot is amazing. And I assumed the rig I bought was "as is" which is what everyone else does with used rigs, but not so here. They stand behind their rigs with a warranty. I would definitely buy from them again but I don't see that happening for a long time as I think I will be getting a lot of miles from my new rig.

I do business with The RV Spa on daily basis and I can tell you that they are very honest and reputable. I know this because they send all their motor homes to my shop to perform smog, safety and any repairs or service I see fit, they do not ask how much they just say make it right and I do. Although they are the customer but I can testify to how they have their customer's best interest at heart.

Rude, unprofessional, and over-priced. That pretty much summed up my experience. Needless to say I bought nothing and will buy nothing from there.

After I went to 2 "mega" rv dealer service centers (one of the big dealers we purchased from) all told me to except my refer tempture ,too warm. Yes I know the refer works on heat, and the temp is related to outside temp. But my beer is still too warm. I have had 3 rv's in my long life and I know this is the first rig that gave me hot beer at the river, B.S. to the other "BIG" service centers. These guys (Derrel) got me cold beer. Thanks to The rv spa,With a cold "HERE TO YOU"

this service and storage place is a mom and pops place, the lady in the front office is very pleasant, they gave me the best deal around for storing my 24 foot trailer , when I needed work, the service manager in the back fixed my trailer the same day before I took it out that day on a camping trip,
