beginning of this summer I had went somewhere else for a bleach because of unforeseen circumstances well my hair GOT DESTROYED!!!! It was completely dead breaking stringy I wanted to cry. I was ready to chop my hair off and get and A line cut Neckar I couldn't even get my fingers through my hair. Well I remembered Sophie telling me about the GK treatment when I was here back in December so I decided to take a leap of faith and book a consultation. She looked at my hair and assured me that I didn't need to cut my hair and it could be saved with the GK. I came back 30 min later and the process began. I was told not to wash my hair for 48 hours after the treatment but I waited 4 days just to be sure. I was still skeptical that I'd wash my hair and it would go back to being unmanageable but I was in complete shock!!! Not only did my hair air dry in less than 20 min it was straight soft and silky felt like I never even bleached my hair in the first place. I am now a true GK believer and have no idea how I ever lived without it.

This is the worst hair salon I have ever been to! All I needed was to color my roots & a trim & they damaged my hair. When I spoke to some ditz by the name of Sophie with the IQ of a cube of ice things just got worse. I would advise to stay the hell away!

Hi everyone. I see so much improvement every year. The salon has been there for 7 years and expanded in old downtown Upland 3 times breaking through walls and providing the best every year. Everyone loves Hair Secret on Yelp. Most clients are loyal returning clients that don't use social media. But let your experience at this salon speak for itself. Me, my Uncle and two cousins drove a good 30 miles after hearing about this place from a buddy who always has a sharp cut. I thought a salon would only be cutting ladies hair but I was obviously wrong. The stylists (Josh, Corrina and Sophie) took care of us. I expected the cuts to be great, but what I wasn't expecting was the five star treatment we experienced. We'll be back...

I have been going to Hair Secret for years to get my hair cut by Sophie. I'm lucky it's only a few blocks away from me in downtown Upland, but if she moved, I would drive. The haircuts are always good, but some of the extra gems are 1. she shampoos after the cut so you don't spend the rest of the day with hair clippings all over you, 2. the shampoo includes a dynamite scalp massage, and 3. she styles your hair with very good product instead of some basic off the shelf goop.

the ladies there act as if they just graduate from school.
if you love surprises go here..you ask for something and get something totally different..they should not allow ppl like this to have a license till they get enough experience!!

rude stylists, very unprofessional they charge alot a money for haircuts and color and you end up even worse than when you got there...they put to much bleach on my hair it was falling off they told me they could fix it and I end up with orange hair, they didnt know what to do all they did was laugh n yet charge me $200 for the damage they did, I had the most horrible experience at this place I would never go there again!!!
