I've been a member a crunch for about a year now and it's been great! Being in customer service that's always the number one thing I look for. I am always greeted and acknowledged in a friendly way. From the trainers to management to the front desk everyone is awesome. Angel and George in particular. Sad that George left to another location but the new manager took the time to introduce himself and give me a few pointer on my workout. Great way of getting to know your customers. If you're looking for a female trainer Nanette is great. If you prefer male Lorenzo is awesome!! It does get packed at certain times just like any other gym but they have plenty of machines/equipment to choose from. I won't be leaving this location anytime soon.
