I told Scott, three times I needed my laptop update to be repaired.. I was instructed to purchase an external hd... 80 bucks..
When he came over, Scott proceeded to uninstall my Norton’s and a few other programs. Then installed “his stuff”..
And started the backup.. and said.. in a little bit it will be done and your all set..
I mentioned once again it’s not a backup that’s the problem.. I said it’s the updates that the machine will not do. His responses was: “Oh” .. he said he would come back on Monday.. to run the restore and reload the image..
After the backup ran (which I didn’t need) 6 hrs later I got a message stating incomplete
I attempted to contact him.. no response
I then sent 2 emails... also... no response
I finally sent a third email stating NOT to return on Monday..(also no response)
I have made other arrangements...
- so out of pocket I spent 80 on the drive and gave him 20... a loss of 100.00 bucks!!
As a first time customer on this matter with this company... it will also be my LAST...
I “officially” do not recommend this company/person
And no I’m not mad, actually I’m upset..
I lost 100.00. Bucks...

Scott's work is always excellent and reasonably priced. He explains problems well and offers solutions. Can't beat house calls.

Scott is a great computer fixer. He's not expensive, and he gets the job done quickly. He's fixed my computer several times in the past, and it's worked great each time. And he even makes house calls, which is very very convenient!
