My Blackberry Torch has been acting up lately, and today so many of the functions stopped working. I brought it into the warranty center on 22 in Union, very skeptical that I could do anything to fix my situation other than buy a new phone. One of the technicians, Jennifer, soon let me know that my phone was still under warranty and I could get it replaced. There was another technician there with her, a young man - I didn't catch his name...but they were both so welcoming, and patient. Just the way they presented themselves told me they were approachable.



And Jennifer was definitely helpful, she was ultimately the one who assisted me. The process was so smooth and so easy, and she was really kind and helpful the entire time, telling me exactly what she would be doing with any information stored on my phone. She even made conversation, which pleasantly surprised me (I'm so used to long awkward silences, or simply being ignored) and also told me about a bad experience she'd had with her memory card - she did so as a suggestion to me to consistently back my files up just in case. I really appreciated that. Maybe this is the kind of service all at&t associates give, I've never really had a huge problem with the company (AT&T is the only service I have ever had for my mobile phone) but regardless, she was great. It's not often that I encounter people who do their job extremely well, especially on a Friday night.
