I have been using Proformance pc for years along with all my friends and family and all of us have been very happy. I noticed the review next to mine and have a very hard time believing we are getting the whole story. I would refer any one I know to go there!
SO, it sounds as if the other person that wrote a review has experienced the same unprofessional service provided by Proformance PC The practices by this business are subsub-par at best. Kevin to whom is the owner is arrogant and condensendng when mistakes brought to his attention In turn he will use this to convince that he actually have as done right by you and that he actually was doing you a favor by not charging you to send back the defective merchandise he installs on your computer "what?"...also he doesn't want to hear what the customer is experiencing because he is going to do what he wants how he wants...he shuts you out saying that you are being agrumentative because his word is the only word (I answer to a higher power & someday he will too) Good luck because after 3 trips there, money, time , gas and one remote access I need to take my computer somewhere else My reccomendation to you is avoid the hassle and go to a WELL known & big box type company where there will be someone to stand behind the work, have access to the most current solutions, will the do the work according to PROPER protocol and then you will have someone to hold accountable This SMALL business owner will hang up you, not listen and pray on your trusting nature. I try to support local small business owners in our area but...here I am left holding the bag at no fault of my own because all there is from here to get compensation is a civil suit I believe that Kevin is a shady underhanded businessman that knows the art of manipulation very well and how much he can get away with thinking that nobody will take it to the next level to be made whole by the injustices he and his staff does FYI-.I would like to add that my laptop is less than 18 months old It wasn't as if I was asking him to breath life into a jurrasic computer. Next stop get a professional opinion on paper as evidence to speak to this debacle and more work in pursueance of being made whole.
