I believe a good service experience should be shared especially in a time where the economy is so bad. I have a Jaguar that I brought in to this shop to find out why my check engine light was on. After the technician diagnosed my vehicle he found that there was a cable loose. He could have easily replaced the part and charged me for it, but instead he actually showed me where the problem was and reset my engine light and I have no problems since.
