Holes in the Wall DIDN'T DELIVER MY MEDICATION! It sat there for week, we checked 3 times and they kept telling us it wasn't there. After tracking the package we found it had been sitting there in their offices for ONE WEEK. This is medication I needed and was out of for 5 days while it sat in their office. When I called them to have them look for it, they were very rude and told me "we've only lost one package since 2007 and the customer found it in their car", as if she was blaming me! Finally, after several phone calls they found it and my husband went to get it. The clerk, who I had talked to, told him "she said she didn't want it" which was a bald-faced lie!!! Why would anyone do that anyway? We won't be customers there any more.
IF THIS HAD BEEN IMPORTANT MEDS LIKE INSULIN, I WOULD BE DEAD. Mail is important to people.
Not sure what the issue with the lost meds were on the other review when the person should have gone and checked personally and shown the company the tracking, seems a little irresponsible to blame the company on their part, but I wasn't there. I digress. These folks have always been kind to me and helped find the best deal on shipping stuff through them. Interesting knick knacks at the store too... Highly recommend.
