Not a Furniture Store I will do business again. It isn t even the product so much as is it is the sales staff and customer service support. I bought a living room set, with extras, protection plan and delivery. After review of the documents following delivery, I learned that not using the proper products on the materials could void the protection plan. I recontacted the store to inquire if I was supposed to receive the cleaning product with the purchase or if it could be purchased separately (the warranty indicated I should have the cleaner with my purchase). I was informed that since I was so Price Sensitive that they did not offer the product to me. But, if I would like to come back in they would sell me a kit and another warranty for $500 . Wow. Your not supposed to shop for value? A customer makes a considerable purchase and you belittle and deny proper support on extras you sell? I did learn through my own research that I can purchase the cleaning products online. I don t think the price is anywhere near kit price offered by my supportive sales assistant. Besides, I already have one warranty they sold me. I m not sure I need another?? So much for buying locally.

After walking into every store in town I went to the furniture design center last (thinking they would have the highest prices) and was surprised by the service and help offered in the store. The salesman was not pushy and knew his stuff and really helped me out. I was relieved to find that the price was actually lower than anywhere else and I didn't have to haggle. It was a great shopping experience

Good quality for the price

The furniture I have been looking for was found her after searching for several weeks. Several styles available. Lots of beautiful accessories. Very accomidating for delivery.
