My Aunt has been at Providence for a week now and has not yet been bathed. After the pull sheet on her bed became soiled it was turned over rather than being changed. The care is worse at night when a press on the call button brings no response. This is very disappointing because the building gives the appearance of being well maintained and the staff seem helpful to the visiting eyes. I guess you have to see things from the inside before you know how they really are.
