I am renting a house from the management company and these are the worst people I have ever dealt with. They never fix ANYTHING. When we first moved into the place there was trash left from the last tenants in the front lawn and we asked the management company three times to pick it up and they never did. We had problems with are dishwasher not washing dishes and they gave us another one that didn't work worth a dam either. These people do nothing but piss people off and the owners of the property are probably not aware that their place is being destroyed intentionally because of the management treating people poorly. The tenants that lived in are place before us put holes in the walls and 5 doors had to be replaced from damage and the carpet stinks really bad like a dog had peed all over it. It doesn't smell like a cat. it has like a musty smell to it. If anyone else is renting from these people and are having problems with them too please post on here what's happening to you. Somethi

If you are looking for a place to rent, stay away from these idiots. So pissed off at them its not even funny. I can honestly say i wish the go out of business tomorrow and never screw over another person again. BEWARE! Dont even think of looking here. Youll be doing yourself a big favor.

These people are also very disapointing to rent your home. The were managing a home for me when the rentors teft it in very bad condition. The claimed it wasn't that bad and that they would quickly get the home into renatable condition. Five months latter there was no sign that any thing had been done to even clean the home let alone get it in rentable condition. They said they had not had time and told me they had someone who wanted to buy it. The only thing they did well was return the keys quickly when I asked for them back. I also never recieved an accounting of the final quarters rent or expences even though I asked several times.

horrible people rent from. they never want to help or fix anything they just expect you to do it yourself. I will NEVER do business with them or recommend them to anyone. they have nice properties but they wont do anything to help their tenants.
