I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS COMPANY!! I have been using their service for almost three months and I've experienced endless frustration for it. First off, the sales guy I dealt with (Robert) described aspects of their service in ways that were NOT true to form. Much of what they offer can be accomplished by anyone with a basic understanding of how to use a computer and the Internet: i.e. creating accounts on social media, online directories, and search engine business listings. I ended up doing most of that myself, because Local Lighthouse was taking too long.



I figured I would stick it out with them just for the website they were creating for me and for the first page placement on the three major search engines, but having to explain even SIMPLE changes for my website to them over and over and over again has become beyond frustrating. Half the time they don't follow through, and when they do it's done wrong half the time. At the moment I am STILL waiting for numerous changes/corrections to my website that I have been requesting for a month now! I have spent hours on the phone with "customer service" going over them again and again...



Finally, I got ahold of a supervisor (Daniel) to handle my account two weeks ago. Turns out I was better off dealing with customer service! Most of the changes remain undone and the guy won't return my calls or emails!



We'll see how they respond to my online complaints. The next step is cancelling my credit card and possibly taking them to court.

Robocalling scam business. And no I'm not a past employee, nor have I ever lived in Tustin. Look me up.

This company scammed me pretty much from the first day I started working with them. They claimed to be Google, then claimed that they were a Google contractor. They said they could get me on the first page of Google Results, which never happened. The Design of the website (I already had a perfectly good one) was sophomoric at best. They put comments I made to them into the text. It took more of an effort to fire them to hire them.

If I can give them "0" stars, I would. They are not professionals in web design, by any means! Horrible Service. Do not sign the contract or you will be forced to pay monthly for a service that is not beneficial. As a business owner, you pay for a service to make things easier on you, but it actually turns into more work dealing with Local Lighthouse.

Bad business ethics, they don't do what they're supposed to do, they say your advertising listing is up there but whenever you try to search it you can't find it beware of this company all they want is your money

Never fully explained that they were going to create a new website for our company. Once we signed their contract, they created this generic page. We have our own website that is what we needed the SEO for. I called, and was told basically To bad this is how we do it, you signed our contract and you are going to like it, we will not do what you want only what we want. I emailed X2 and phone calls X2. Plus absolutly nothing changed with our search engine results while they were "working" on it. Horrible Company!

this company did nothing they said they would do ! I advise you to stay away !!!!!!!!

Took my money nothing got done. Then ruud to me and wife. The guarantee was a joke will not abide by their own guarantee

I'm a small business owner with a limited marketing budget, they offer great packages that come with a website (of which I didn't have prior to signing up with them). They're very professional, friendly and keep their words! If I have questions, they answer them - if I send emails - they reply. There is actually live people to speak with every time I call. I have no complaints, I recommend Local Lighthouse to anyone looking for SEO.
