      Tulsa Orthopaedic Associates, Inc. and Oklahoma Sports Medicine Institute, Inc. is a complete orthopaedic clinic staffed by a registered nurse, registered radiologic technologist and a registered physical therapist. Our clinic offers compassionate, complete, and thorough care of orthopaedic patients. Conservative care is our primary focus, but when surgery is indicated James C. Mayoza, M.D. is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon experienced in the performing of numerous spinal procedures; including herniated disc excision, spinal nerve decompression and lumbar fusion with and without instrumentation. Dr. Mayoza sees patients who have sustained sports-related injuries, industrial related injuries or have been injured in motor vehicle accidents.
