Bad: Car got broken into three times in 2 weeks; police declined to do anything because nothing over $100 was taken, and accused me of failing to lock the car (not true!). I had the locks on the car changed and the problems stopped. Several other cars were broken into around the same time. The complex is "gated" but the gates haven't worked for months.Complex floods a lot, this is normal for Tulsa area.No ceiling lights in the living room, bedroom or dining area. Bring your own lamps.Terrible Countertops--stained & dented badly. When I cleaned them, they just got worse.No storage space in the bathroom at all.Maintence/Management is typical--takes days to get around to doing stuff and you have to bug them a few times.Lots of DogsGood: Near Riverside, so it's pretty.Lots of closets (in the large 1-bed)Reasonable price.Washer-dryer connections-bring your own or rent from them, laundry facility too.Seems to be free wireless internet here too
