Went for the first time to see my grandma's grave and the area was filled with poop. Yes poop! It was all over the sidewalks, grass, and headstones. Yes headstones. How disgusting and disgraceful to the buried loved ones.
We went in to complain to the admin office as the poop was SO overwhelming. Their answer...... There is a lake on property in which about 5,000 geese come here and poop everywhere so they don't bother to clean it up. This is very evident. I showed her a picture of the headstone photo of poop on it. This headstone was not a family member but I would want someone to complain for my families headstones. Her response was some people don't mind the poop. I'm not sure what kind of people she is referring to but who wouldn't mind the poop? And who doesn't clean up after poop? She was trying to minimize the velocity of the circumstance. I'm sorry but there's no excuse for that much poop. It's unsanitary. If you have a beloved one buried there, watch your step(S), and if you don't beware as this is not in their disclosure when they sell a plot. They should disclose this nature problem and the fact that they refuse to clean it up.
I want to add that after driving around we did see a lake and only about 10 geese. I'd like to know where the other 4,000 are.
