An agent assisted me with an extra box needed for traveling but failed to give me a receipt and now my valuables are missing. You can not reach that station from any number given for them. I feel ripped off . And nobody is listening to me. Why is this allowed? I have a serious issue and these people send you right to vm whenever you call! I can’t sleep. I can’t eat. I need my stuff! Please help me😢

The local ticket agent spoke English and was very helpful. When I phoned the toll free line I got someone that sounded as if they were from India and did not speak English well and communication was difficult. Kudos to Tulsa, OK ticket agent over the phone.
