I think their service is great never had any issues with them and if I have something big to get rid of I give the driver and worker a heads up and put it out the following week never an issue with that and if I'm late on getting the trash down to the end of the drive and running to get it down there always come to my aid and meet me half way to me this says alot about the workers its a nasty job doing trash and I take my hat off to you thank you so much for a job well done!!!!!!

We have had our trash picked up by D&E refuse since 2004 with out any issues on their part. Like that there are 2 different numbers to call and that anytime we have had a question someone has been able to nicely answer for us!

We have had trash service with D & E Refuse for almost 4 years. In the past 2 years, we have repeatedly gotten bills for over $300 on service that costs $20 a month. We pay our bill, and several times have paid over $150 just to have them send more bills for double that amount. I have repeatedly asked for statements and never get them. The lady in the office is always extremely rude and hateful when you call. We have not had service with them in over a month, yet the sent out new cans to our house. When I called to ask what was going on, I only got voice mail. About 20 minutes later, two of the I truck pull into my driveway, guys start running around my house, scaring my kids, and they load up all the cans. So, I called back and finally got a person to answer the phone. She was very hateful from the start and told me that they cut my bill from $356 down to $150 by taking off late fees. When I again requested a full statement from them, she got very angry and threatened to put the late fees and more back on my account. I am finding a new service now, however I would never recommend this company to anyone. They either do not record payments and pocket money or they simply think that because you live in a larger house they can gouge you for fees and such. I have never been talked to so rudely by someone I was paying to do a job for me. Save you money and sanity. Don't hire them.
