Brian and all other technicians that have serviced our home have been awesome. Stopped by for a quick introduction and completed the work efficiently and quietly. Not as much work was needed compared to spring summer months. But even in the pouring down rain, the work still got done! Thanks Brian!

DeAndre did everything to take care of insect pests and even allowed me to stick my head out a couple times to ask "Can you take care of this, too?" He did and explained everything about bait and holes where rats might be entering under the deck and voles vs moles. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions.

My service provider was Brandon and he did an excellent and thorough job. He was proactive and requested my input on any concerns then after he finished with the job, he explained his findings and actions. Kudos to Brandon on a job well-done!
Aptive showed up at my door to explain their business and I found that they better matched my needs than the service I was already using. So I decided to switch. They had two technicians at my house that day and everyone that I worked with including Josiah and Hayden all were very communicative and explained their services very well. Very happy that they reached out to me.

Melissa did a very thorough job today and checked everything that I wanted her to, even without my talking to her! I would highly recommend her and I sincerely hope that she continues to be the person servicing my home. Her thoroughness made me very happy to have Aptive Environmental's service!
Horrible, Horrible, Horrible, Current Customer Support!!!!!
I have been a customer of Aptive for over 2 years. Last week I discovered a large wasp next in my garage and a spider nest in my family room. I called to get service, stayed on the phone for 45 min. finally my call was answered. The person on the phone was nice, scheduled me for the next day at 6:00 pm for service as this was basically an emergency. I get a call from the person who was supposed to service me at 4:00 telling me he was not coming to call customer service to reschedule. I immediately called CS stayed on hole until 5:30, no answer. I left a message. No call back. I called in today promptly at 9:00 have been on hold since. After about 30 minutes, the automated systems says their is no one to answer my call and hangs up. I called the sales line, which is says not to do, they answered withing 5 min. explained they were a different site, would transfer me directly to current customer service, transferred me, and dropped me right back into the system. It is now 10:37 with no help.
