I like my car, and Alfredo was good. This review is strictly about Raymond--if you go here you should not deal with him at all.

-I bought a car.
-The check engine light came on a week later (other reviewers had this issue)
-They said they would check it out.
-Raymond checked it, showed me the code. I asked if it was the gas cap, he told me no, it was the e-vap valve (I would not know anything about this if he had not told me).
-He said come back in a week when he would do "research" and have the part.
-A week later they don't have the part, he says come in next Saturday morning.
-I call halfway through the week to make sure they have the part. Raymond says they do and my car will be fixed by noon on Saturday.
-I come Saturday. Raymond is not answering his phone, and the mechanics have no clue what I am talking about and they don't have the part.
-I finally get Alfredo on the phone (who sold me my car) and he says he will figure it out. They check my car and say it's fine, it MUSTVE BEEN THE GAS CAP.
-I finally get Raymond on the phone and he denies telling me anything he told me, even though I showed up at the time he said I should. WHY WOULD I COME IF I WAS NOT ADVISED TO COME? WHY WOULD I WANT A PART FIXED ON MY CAR NEEDLESSLY?
-I tell Raymond all I need is for him to own up to his mistake and I will be satisfied and he refused to do that and hung up on me like a child.
-Alfredo eventually apologized for the mistake

The bottom line is that you should not do business with people who cannot own up to their mistakes--it's a poor business practice and a poor life practice. People like that will lie to protect themselves and will never have your best interest at heart. I hope Raymond fixes these terrible habits, because luckily for me it only wasted hours of my time, but for some people it meant thousands of dollars. As much as I like my car and my initial experience with Z Motors I cannot recommend and still am awaiting a sincere apology.
