      Ad needs updating

      Just called them at (877) 809-7083. A man answered and was not very professional. I had to ask if I had gotten AAA Universal TV Service. I asked if they still did the cash for TV's and was told no then hung up on.If they are no longer offering the Cash for TV, then it should be removed from the ad.

      retract negative review of Universal TV

      I posted a review of Universal TV on this site ("+I just paid $65.00... " ), as a result of###that review the owner of the business has contacted me and has resolved all the issues that resulted in that negative review. I now wish to retract that negative review as it does not accurately reflect the business as a whole.
