HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Be extremely cautious and shop around before purchasing any products from Royal Jaguar Landrover. For the amount of money I spent they should have been more customer focused on customer satisfaction- especially considering they are a high-end dealership.



During the purchasing process I placed emphasis and reiterated my concerns numerous times to the salesman that certain items were "needed" and was led to believe the vehicle included those features that were important to me, it wasn't until the very last minute, when I asked how to use those features, that I found out that the vehicle did not have them whatsoever. Once this was discovered it was said that the salesman was simply "mistaken"; I was informed that one of the two major features could be added on in the future for only another $2,000. Whereas the other feature required another vehicle all together. The second could be added by a specialty shop for the low price of $4,200! However, if this avenue was taken the warranty would be voided.Go figure.



Additionally the salesman neglected to inform me that their next batch of vehicles included one of these items as a STANDARD FEATURE.



I feel like a sucker for doing business with them and I can only hope that others won't be treated similarly. I looked into trading my recently purchased vehicle (less than 3 weeks after purchase) and upgrade, the offered trade difference was $9,000 less than what I spent 3 weeks prior in addition to that an increase of $7,000 on top of that for the potential new vehicle. The vehicle had only one more option, the option that is now standard and the other not included! But I'm sure they could add it for an additional $2,000. They have lost my business forever.I will never purchase another vehicle from them as long as I live. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worse enemy....
