The staff are all very professional and welcoming from the time I walked in. I was treated very well throughout the visit. Dr. Chris took a lot of time to explain my condition to me pleasantly and in layman's terms. He performed an injection in my eye which I didn't even feel. He is very well qualified in his field and an asset to the medical community of Tucson

I was a little hesitant to visit this office after reading the first review but now that I have been there I can see that the previous review was completely incorrect. For starters me and my daughter needed to schedule an appointment when we both could come together and they were both very polite and accomodating. My daughter is very young and was very scared and the staff was so great with her. The professionalism of the office staff was amazing. Its a beautiful office with a very relaxing atmosphere. They even had a fountain in the waiting room which my daughter was fascinated by. Dr. Joffee was one of the most professional and kind people I have ever met. He took the time to talk to me about my daughters condition and gave me peice of mind knowing that he was genuinely concerned about her prognosis. My husband and I have many health issues and we have been to many doctors. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. It started with the nurse we were with. I believe her name was Carey. I asked a few questions and she was very short tempered and condescending to me and my husband. She kept rolling her eyes when we asked more questions. Perhaps she thought we were elderly and wouldn't notice, but we certainly did. I then saw Dr. Joffe, and he was even worse. We found him to be very arrogant and he wouldn't take the time to explain my condition. I will keep to myself the topics he discussed, but let us just say we just felt it was highly unprofessional. I cannot believe we wasted a whole morning of our lives just to be treated like dirt!
