Rathbun helped me through a very difficult time. When I had to suddenly move out of town to help family members, I was left with a house that needed managing. The staff was supportive and positive. They made the transition so much easier for me. I knew I didn't have to worry about my house, and that I could focus my attention where it was needed the most. To this day, they still continue to take care of everything for me. I am so thankful that I made that call to them.

When I needed to find a place for my daughter to stay while attending the U of A I went to Rathbun. Not only did they answer my questions about the property, but they helped me find out about parking permits for the area and what utility companies we would need to go thru for service. They even made arrangements for us to see the property even tho it was occupied.

I absolutely love this company! I have been a tenant for only a short while, and I have been amazed with the service I've received. I woke up 2 days ago to find that my hot water tank was leaking. I called Rathbun immediately to let them know what had happened. I was amazed that they had someone out the same day to assess it, and when they realized that it could not be fixed, the very next morning they were installing a new one. I recently changed to Rathbun because the management company I was using wasn't doing their job. My property wasn't getting repaired when it needed, the rent was never collected on time and no one ever responded to my calls or emails. Since being with Rathbun my property is now in better shape than when I lived in it, the rent is collected and is caught up, and they even had my property on their rental lists as soon as the people said they were not renewing their lease.

Rathbun Realty has managed my house for 2 years, and I have been overjoyed with the service they have provided me. With the market the way it has been, I thought that it would take months for them to rent my house out. I was so happy to have a new tenant for my house within 2 weeks. Rathbun took care of everything for me, and has continued to do so this whole time. They communicate with me regularly to let me know how my property is doing, and I am completely satisfied with them. Thanks to all the staff for all their hard work and professionalism. I've rented from Rathbun for the last 4 years. Since the day I started looking at their houses, the staff has been nothing short of nice & helpful. The quick response & friendliness is actually the reason I'm writing. Any time I submit a work request Rathbun takes care of it. I've had my kitchen sink leak so bad it was running onto the floor. They sent a maintenance guy out that afternoon. The heat stopped working a few weeks ago & Rathbun sent someone out on a Saturday. I've even put in a work request for the doorbell not working. One of the girls called and said they would get it on the schedule but it would be a few days since there were other things that needed to take priority. They came out later that week. Anyway, they've got my vote. They're honest & nice to work with.

When I found I could not sell my house because of the poor economy, I decided to shop around for information on property management to use the house as a rental until the market changes. One of the things that led me to Rathbun Realty was the great reviews I read. I'm happy to say going with Rathbun was a very good decision and I hope by writing this review, it may help someone else make the best choice for them. I have been VERY PLEASED with the performance of Rathbun Realty and their professional staff.

Rathbun Realty disappointed me. I recently moved out of a home I rented with them. I signed a 1 year lease. Upon my move in, I quickly realized that Rathbun was not interested in the fact that their so called cleaning person wasn't doing a good job. Rathbun did not do a pre-move in walk through with me. They did not see that the property was not clean:, the appliances weren't clean,the yard was full of weeds, there weren't any light bulbs in the house, blinds were dirty, holes patched throughout. I wrote out my inspection paper work after calling them and telling them I wasn't pleased. Their response was " please note that on your paper work" The deposits to rent with Rathbun are steep, (my understanding was that the deposit was paid for a clean home ) I treated this home as my own. I scraped the grout spots off the floor tile, caulked gaps along the base boards, installed light fixtures, and other conviences, (which I left when I moved out for the next tenant) kept the house and yards clean. Once moved out, Rathbun charged me for blinds, cleaning, a move out inspection, spraying the alley! REALLY!? The yards alone looked like a dump when my son and I moved in, not to mention all the trash in the carport and trash stuffed recycle bin left for me to take care of when I just paid $$ to them for a CLEAN place for my son and I. I felt scammed. I guess honest tenants that actually care about where they live, is NOT of interest to Rathbun Realty. The only plus... the office people were pleasant whenever I paid my rent.. but then why shouldn't they be, they're receiving my $$.

I've had Rathbun Realty manage my house for the last 2 years. I'm extremely happy with how wonderful all of the staff members have treated me when I've called with questions. When I entrusted Rathbun with my house, I was very impressed with the fact that they had a tenant in there within a couple of weeks. I'm very glad that I chose Rathbun Realty, and I recommend them to anyone out there.

I have rented through Rathbun Realty for almost a year. It's time to sign my renewal lease and I want to tell everyone that I'm re-signing without a question.



It was very smooth getting into the house and everytime I've requested work to be done, they respond very quickly.



I've read some of the other reviews and have to say some people are seriously just being mean. The staff there have always admitted if there was a mistake & fixed it promptly. They are very pleasant to talk to & treat you like someone important...not just another house.



So, I'm definitely going to sign a new lease. I look forward to everything to come with them. Rathbun truly has great employees.

Property management has been a term that has scared me for years. When I found out that was being transferred to Dallas, I was overwhelmed with a sense of panic. started asking around for recommendations on how to rent out my house. A friend of mine mentioned that he and his wife had purchased a house in Rita Ranch about six years ago. He also got transferred out of town, but ended up back here last year. They rented their house out through Rathbun Realty and had nothing but good things to say about them.



I took his advice. I am now in Dallas and Rathbun has been managing my house for the last six months. They had tenants in just two weeks! The women in maintenance were so helpful with getting the house ready, and everything has run smoothly since.

I called Rathbun after seeing their commercials on TV. Susan came over to my house the next day and explained their services and gave me an estimate on what my house would rent for. I was happy they answered their phone right away and very happy they sent someone over so quickly after I called. I signed up with them and they found me a good tenant about 3 weeks after I listed the house. I like all their advertising and I am happy the house rented so fast! I was a little surprised at the cost of cleaning and carpet cleaning my home-but at least they let me know in advance how much it would cost. I would recommend this company if you need to get your house rented fast!

We rented from Rathbun for 2 years. The house was great, service was good. The only complaint we have is that when we moved we had only one week to get to my husband's new job in Georgia and I didn't have time to clean very much. They charged me over $200.00 to clean the house. Aside from that we were satisfied with Rathbun.

These folks have done a great job handling my rental property. Everything is always taken care of for me. The stress of managing my rental is a thing of the past. I really appreciate the efforts of Rathbun on my behalf.
