I went to salon as a walk in. I asked for a fill. There were 2 techs reading papers. There were no customersThe man in charge said to come back in an hour. He said there were appointments. I left a little confused and then mad. I turned my car around and went back. I walk back in, 1 customer getting a fill. Lin is doing is It. 2 techs sitting reading. The man takes over the fill and sends Lin to the back. I ask for a fill as the door says walk in welcome. No one could do this, as the man was not going to give me service until the hour wait was up. I left, never to go back. I have never felt good when he was there. Girls seem intimadated by him.

This was a terrible experience. The woman doing the pedicure did not speak English, did whatever she pleased and made a terrible mess of my feet and nails. She was so rough with my feet that she sprained my toes, inflamed my joints and my toes are still excruciating. My nails were cut *below* the quick - from nice nails to tiny square patches of nail in the middle of my toes. She just cut and cut and cut, and scraped my feet down t the bare nerves trying to get rid of 'callouses'. a VERY PAINFUL experience which I now have to get fixed by someone else. She was so rough with me that I was screaming in pain and still she did not stop. I would not recommend this salon to ANYONE. If you get the owner you might be OK. The other lady doesn't speak English or pretends not to. I'm still in a lot of pain. Other salons are the same price or cheaper and do a much better job.

Went in for a facial today at Precious Nails Spa. Thank you for the special offer. I enjoyed my facial and I will return. Very nice salon, clean and friendly. Joyce E.

My nails look and feel Grrrreat! I've walked out of other salons having my nails done the opposite of my request, thick and to square but Vivian did exactly as I asked, I am so happy happy happy to have found this place!

I love this place!!!! i've been going here for about 6 years since my friend recommended them to me. the price is totally affordable and they do such an amazing job. plus Vivian awesome. try them out i'm sure you'll love them!

This is a wonderful fun and clean salon. I have been going Precious nails for over 2 years. The owners and operators are the best and will treat you with utmost respect.
