The Facilities Management Department of Pima County is responsible for the management of Pima County facilities. The department s goal is to provide a comfortable, clean, safe and functioning working environment for governmental services in an energy efficient and cost effective manner. The Facilities Management Department is divided into administration, architectural services, planning, maintenance and operations, support services and construction management services divisions. Combined, they provide specialized services for Pima County facilities 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The department s office, located along West Congress Street in Tucson, Ariz., is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. The Facilities Management Department of Pima County is managed by a County Administrator-appointed director.
