Provided by DexKnowsAt 11:00 AM on 9 April 2018 I was driving east on River Road approaching the traffic light at the entrance to Brandi Fenton park. A Handi Car van was right behind me, in fact rather close. The light changed from green to yellow just before I entered the intersection, had I stopped the van would have run into me. The vand then passed me and entered the light on red at Dodge and Alvernon. Fortunately there were no other vehicles near the intersection and I was going to turn right on Dodge.
I could not get the vehicle lic number because it sped up as it passed me nor I could tell whether the van driver was male or female nor whether there were any passengers in the van. The driver should be strictly warned about entering lights on yellow and certainly never entering on red.
I tried to call you about this but was unable to reach anyone.

Provided by YPmobileTerrible. Just plain terrible.i wish I could give this company negative stars. A woman I know had a colonoscopy appointment 1 day ago and they came 2 hours late for her(I know because I was there when she was speaking to the company about the cab being late). TWO HOURS after her appointment was schedule at a hospital (this is through ACCHS), and they took just as long to pick her up from the hospital. Imagine waiting almost2 hours for a cab to pick you up. Now it's Friday February 6 2015 and she has to be back at the hospital for the same procedure that was suppose to have been done yesterday which they could not perform yesterday . Her appointment was due at 8 am today and let they just picked her up 14 minutes AFTER she was scheduled to be seen for the colonoscopy. NOW let's keep in mind that it must be hard for a woman to go without eating for 3-4 days (she could only consume clear liquids) now this pathetic cab service for a second time fails to arrive on time as appropriate and arrives after her appointment is due.

Unsafe, aggressive drivers prone to road rage. Texting while driving, cutting off drivers, and angrily gesturing all while driving a company vehicle with obvious decals and labels. Low price, low character.
I've been a customer for a year now and you can't beat the price! come on now, door to door service.............beats walking!

I agree with an above comment. The vans are old and need replaced. But, not all the drivers are crabby and mean.

some of the service might be harsh but its like the above reviews said its a minimum wage job. In this economy we are lucky to find that. Most jobs need a college grad now... i think though that my experience with handicar was good.

Absolutely terrible company to work for....Pay minimum wage for a very crappy driving job!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
