Great explanations of how to eat/season/prepare certain dishes (like rolling the crisp spring rolls in mint leaves, cilantro, and lettuce and then dipping in sauces)...Have tried several different dishes - never a bad one in the bunch. Have taken several people there who have never tried Vietnamese food and all have come back satisfied and pledging to come back!PS the crisp spring rolls are our favorite appetizerLove the Vietnamese beer, too!
