I went in to get my taxes done and the lady did not know how to file my state since my husband is in air force and we are not residents here. So the next day I called and canceled my taxes because the day before we did not submit them. She wanted them looked over. Well they submitted my taxes anyways preventing me from doing them anywhere else and I had to file fraud on my family. Because we thought they weren't submitted and I kept getting my taxes sent back. So they said they would refund the 300.00 they charged me and its been 2 months and I have still not seen a penny after they told me it would e 1 to 2 weeks and no one has even bothered to call me and I call up there just about every week and they keep saying a manager will call me and still nothing. I do not recommend them they have poor service.
