High energy, as stressless as can be believed! NO belittlement, constant, positive reinforcement, and the best CPR class I've ever taken! Renewed with them 3 times and will continue to renew with them! It's more than worth the money! Get a class with Mark Falconer, and it will be actually turn a chore into actual fun! KUDOS!

AWESOME instructor. Have taken CPR courses else where that last for 4+ hours and didn't learn as well as I did today in less than 3 (2hours 20 mins to be precise). Mark (the owner) taught our class, extremely energetic and obviously loves what he does!
